From farm to table, feat. zolocrust


If it’s one restaurant and client we love frequenting, it has to be zolocrust. It’s a one-of-a-kind restaurant where the chefs do all the work, from taking the order, to the billing, to operations, and even managing the kitchen along with the cleaning.


What we absolutely love is the fresh, homegrown produce that zolocrust uses in their dishes. Many salad vegetables and ingredients are grown in their polyhouse using chemical-free methods. No wonder the taste is out of the planet.


A few dishes we got to shoot and absolutely must-recommend.


1. Burrata Salad


Ooh, this one’s out of this world and will take your tastebuds places. The fresh burrata cheese which melts in your mouth is an add-on to the freshly picked basil leaves. What’s more? It’s healthy too.



2. Yasai Yaki Udon Noodles

The udon noodles at zolocrust are to die for. Ooh, and did we forget to mention they have started with #24x7 chef delivery. It’s Japanese thick wheat flour noodle, tossed with veggies and topped with roasted sesame seeds.



3. Croissant Sandwich

The croissant sandwich at #zolocrust is made of fresh melt-in-your-mouth goat cheese, crispy rocket leaves from the polyhouse, cucumber, and a sweet cranberry sauce in a flakey butter croissant. We can’t help be transported to heaven and back just looking at this picture. Their concept has always been fresh ingredients, and simple recipes which are great for the soul.
