Watermelon Feta Salad (Tithi Yoga x Upside Story)

Keep your sugar cravings in check with this quick and easy Watermelon Feta Salad.


For all the lazy ones, here's a quick tip, instead of cutting the watermelon, you can use an icecream scoop to scoop out small pieces. If you're already singing to the tune of Watermelonnn Sugaarr Higggh, we don't blame you.

Promotes skin health and is a wonderful anti-oxidant




Ingredients:

Watermelon (Scoops or diced into cubes)

Lemon juice

Rock Salt

Mint Leaves

Parsley

Black Pepper

Black olives

Olive oil

Feta cheese


Method:

Dice or scoop the watermelon in a salad bowl.

In another bowl rock salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper, 3-4 mint leaves, a handful of black olives, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Add this mixture to the diced / scooped watermelon and add the feta cheese. Your salad is ready!


Enjoy this salad as a starter or along with some carrot chips.
