Vegan Buttermilk (Tithi Yoga x Upside Story)

If you're planning to go dairy free or already are, vegan buttermilk is an amazing option to stay hydrated and keep the digestive juices flowing.


It's literally two minutes and you're done.



Ingredients:

1 cup Coconut Milk

Water

Mint Leaves

Lemon Juice

Salt

Jeera Powder


Blender

Small glass to serve


Method:

Add lemon juice to one cup of coconut milk

Leave it for a minute to curdle

Add water, mint leaves, salt and jeera powder to the curdled milk

Blend it till it's a smooth mixture

Serve it in a glass of your choice and enjoy the refreshing taste.
