Popeye Smoothie Bowl (Tithi Yoga x Upside Story)

The name says it all! This spinach and mango smoothie bowl is one of the healthiest things you can have for breakfast or a quick meal in between meetings!

Start your day off right with this fibre filled wonder.

The ingredients in this recipe are quite power-packed with nutrients. Spinach is known for its high levels of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Iron. Mango is a refreshing summer fruit and is known for nutrients providing increased immunity and digestive health. Just one cup of Mango has almost 67% of your daily need of Vitamin C. Bananas are also rich in potassium and anti-oxidants.


Spinach leaves

2 slices of Mango

Diced mango cubes

1 Ripe Banana

Chia Seeds

Flax seeds

Sunflower seeds


Gather the spinach, mango and banana Add ice

Transfer the fruits and ice to a blender

Blend till it becomes smooth and has the desired consistency

Make sure it's not too thin or too thick.

Pour into a smoothie bowl of your choice

Garnish with chia seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.

Add diced mango cubes

Add diced bananas

Optionally you can add blueberries, strawberries, kiwi or any fruit of your choice.
