Watermelon Mojito (Tithi Yoga x Upside Story)

Watermelon spells summer!

So this summer, give your favourite fruit a twist with this Watermelon Mint Mojito. This recipe is so quick and easy that before you can sing Waterrrmelloooon Sugaar, it will be ready.

  • It is a low calorie drink (80-100 calories) compared to alcoholic drinks

  • It is naturally sweetened, no need to add sugar

  • Contains the micronutrients from watermelon like potassium, magnesium, Vitamins A & C, and amino acid Citrulline



Ingredients:

Some watermelon cut into cubes

Fresh Mint leaves

2-3 Lemon slices

Soda

Ice


Method:

Add the watermelon cubes into a glass

Add the mint leaves and 2 lemon slices

Use a muddler and crush the pieces to get thick watermelon-mint juice

Add ice to the mixture

Transfer to a blender and crush

Salt the rim of a margarita glass, place a lemon slice on it

Transfer the watermelon juice

Add some soda and voila! Your Watermelon-Mint Mojito is ready. Enjoy the unique blend of sweetness from the watermelon, tanginess of the lemon slices, and fizz from the soda.
