Waraahi - Quaint Pizzeria & Bakery in C-Scheme

Launching hidden crust pizza for the first time in India, Chef Vaibhav Sharma's Waraahi is quite the buzz around town.

Chef Vaibhav & team started Waraahi in September, 2021 and there has been no looking back.

Driving around the lanes of C-Scheme, we came across a sign called STOP HUNGER and we just had to stop there. We found Waraahi just opposite this sign, and it turned out to be a power packed surprise in a little space.

Their aim is to serve authentic food dishes at affordable prices so that everyone can savour these delights. Their main focus is to provide best quality ingredients and serve authentic food to the customers.

Each of the operations are run by professional chefs running the place and they are so knowledgeable about the food they prepare.

You have been warned, there are serious hunger pangs on reading this blog further.

Hidden Crust Pizza, Waraahi Jaipur

Take a bite of this pizza and you will be pleasantly surprised. Power-packed with vegetables and a delicious hand-rolled crust, your tastebuds will thank you. What's better? Beneath the crust you can see, there is a hidden crust with mashed vegetables and their signature sauce. Mmm, lip-smacking. Waraahi has launched this for the first time in India.

We had the Rome Around pizza. Cherry tomatoes, broccoli, marinated onions and that signature sauce!! We've become fans.

Turkish Pide

Hadn't heard or tried this before, and this one was the most beautiful to look at along with its surprisingly delicious taste.

Turkish Pide is a flatbread pizza, shaped ovally to resemble a boat. It is delicious and the crust is super crispy. Ishita being a crust person loved devouring the ends before we had taken a shot. But is this tempting or what?

It is topped with sauteed onion, pan-fried bell pepper, corn, oven-dried tomato, smokey mozzarella, and roasted sesame seeds. You can choose Makhani or Pesto Sauce. We had the Makhani one, and it is a delicious flavoured Tandoori sauce.

Quite a way to innovate the traditional Turkish Pide and Waraahi is the only place you can try this in Jaipur. So go ahead, and visit or order.

Customised Cakes

Ooh, the wildberry cheesecake is out of this planet. You can customise it with your choice of berries and they are so professional, fresh and delicious.

Dive in to these mouth-watering photographs of their desserts!!!
